On May 8, 2017, Parkway, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its results of operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2017. A copy of this press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
On May 9, 2017, the Company will hold its earnings conference call for the quarter ended March 31, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
The information furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to this item is furnished in connection with the public release of information in the press release on May 8, 2017 and on the Company's May 9, 2017 earnings conference call.
