On May 8, 2017, Myers Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing earnings results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. In addition, a copy of the slide materials, which will be discussed during the Company’s earnings conference call at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on May 8, 2017, is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. Information about the call can be found in the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
