Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On May 8-9, 2017, Charter Financial Corporation (the "Company"), the holding company of CharterBank, will participate in the Gulf South Bank Conference (the "Conference"). The Company's Investor Presentation attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 will be made available to investors at the Conference.
