Departure of a Member of the Board of Directors

In accordance with Ralph Lauren Corporation’s (the “Company”) announcement on February 2, 2017, Stefan Larsson resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors, in connection with his departure as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, on May 1, 2017.

ITEM 7.01.
REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
 
As previously announced by the Company on February 2, 2017, in connection with the foregoing matters, the Company has commenced a search for a new Chief Executive Officer. Jane Nielsen, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will continue to lead the execution of the Company’s Way Forward Plan until a new Chief Executive Officer joins the Company.
