Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 4, 2017, Barrett Business Services, Inc., issued a news release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2017, as well as expectations for gross revenue growth for the 12 months ending March 31, 2018 and earnings per share for the full year 2017. A copy of the news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated by reference.
