In connection with the filing of the Quarterly Report of CVR Refining, LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the "Partnership"), on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2017, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on the date hereof (the "Report"), I, John J. Lipinski, Chief Executive Officer and President of CVR Refining GP, LLC, the general partner of the Partnership, certify, pursuant to 18 U.S.C.
