On April 26, 2017, ACNB Corporation (the “Corporation”) announced that the Corporation and its wholly-owned subsidiary, ACNB Bank, have received all required regulatory approvals or waivers for the proposed acquisition of New Windsor Bancorp, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, New Windsor State Bank.
