On April 25, 2017, the Company issued a press release announcing a cash dividend of $0.01 per share payable on or after May 23, 2017, to shareholders of record on May 8, 2017. The full text of the press release is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
