Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On April 20, 2017, TC PipeLines, LP (the "Partnership") announced it will release its first quarter 2017 financial results on Thursday, May 4, 2017, and will hold a teleconference and live webcast on Thursday, May 4 at 10:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time). The call will also be carried live on the Partnership's website. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
