Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On April 20, 2017, Matthews International Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable May 15, 2017 to stockholders of record May 1, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
