Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 20, 2017, Gramercy Property Trust, a Maryland real estate investment trust (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its preliminary financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2017. The Company is furnishing the press release as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The press release is available on the Company’s website, www.gptreit.com, in the Investor Relations section under the “Press Releases” tab. The information in the press release shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and is not incorporated by reference into any filing of the Company, whether made before or after the date hereof, regardless of any general incorporation language in such filing.
