On April 18, 2017, Kate Spade & Company (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its results for the three months ended April 1, 2017. Further details are contained in the Press Release, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
