(b) Effective April 17, 2017, Mr. Kenneth E. Avery is no longer an employee of Bojangles’, Inc. and its subsidiaries (the “Company”) and is pursuing other professional opportunities. Mr. Avery previously served as the Company’s senior vice president of company operations and chief operating officer.
