On April 17, 2017, Umpqua Bank announced the hiring of Rilla Delorier as Executive Vice President/Chief Strategy Officer effective as of April 10, 2017. Ms. Delorier, age 50, is a former Suntrust Bank executive, serving as Executive Vice President-Consumer Channels from 2014-2016, Executive Vice President-Chief Marketing Officer from 2008-2014 and Senior Vice President-Director of Marketing, Wealth & Investment Management from 2006-2008. Prior to joining Umpqua Bank, Ms. Delorier was Chief Executive Officer of Periphery Associates, a strategic consulting firm.
