Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
In a letter dated April 13, 2017, C. Kent Conine resigned from the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (the "Bank"). In connection with his resignation, Mr. Conine did not express any disagreement on any matter relating to the Bank's operations, policies or practices. Mr. Conine had served as an independent director since 2007. His resignation was effective April 13, 2017.
