Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
(b)    On April 11, 2017, Christine T. Brown, vice president of accounting and principal accounting officer of Cole Credit Property Trust V, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of her resignation, effective June 2, 2017. If a new principal accounting officer has not been appointed by June 2, 2017, the Company’s board of directors is expected to designate Nathan D. DeBacker, the Company’s chief financial officer and treasurer, as the Company’s principal accounting officer until such time as a successor is named. Ms. Brown will work with her successor or Mr. DeBacker to ensure a smooth transition of the Company’s accounting functions.
