On April 13, 2017, USA Truck, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Zachary King has been appointed as the Company’s Vice President, Corporate Controller. The Company has been actively seeking to fill its open Chief Financial Officer role and is making great progress in its search following the promotion of James D. Reed to Chief Executive Officer in late January. Joseph M. Kaiser resigned as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Financial Officer of the Company effective April 8, 2017.
