Other Events.
On April 11, 2017, Rise Gold Corp. issued a press release announcing that the Company will recommence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”) under its new symbol RISE on the morning of April 11, 2017 when the CSE opens for trading. The Company’s trading symbol on the US OTC market will remain RYES.
