Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On April 10, 2017, Tel Instrument Electronics Corp. (“Tel” or “Company”) (NYSE MKT: TIK) announced the commencement of the Cobham/Aeroflex litigation in the Kansas District Court. The trial has completed its second week and is expected to be completed next month.
The Company believes that it has a strong case and continues to be optimistic as to the outcome of this case. However, litigation can be unpredictable and an adverse decision in this matter could have a material adverse effect on our financial condition, results of operations or liquidity.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
