ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.
On April 5, 2017, the Registrant issued a press release announcing its expected common stock dividend payout schedule, subject to board approval, for the next four record dates. Starting in July 2017, common stock dividends are expected to be distributed on a quarterly basis with the effectiveness of the one for eight reverse stock split resulting in a rate of $0.42 per share on a quarterly basis. Previously, dividends were paid on a monthly basis at a rate of $0.0175.
