(b) On April 4, 2017, Andrew M. Jack, Senior Vice President of Willbros Group, Inc. (the “Company”) and President of the Company’s Canada segment, resigned from the Company and as President of the Canada segment effective April 7, 2017 to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Jack’s resignation was in connection with the Company’s decision to consolidate the roles of President and Chief Operating Officer of the Canada segment. Effective April 7, 2017, Jeremy Kinch, currently Chief Operating Officer of the Canada segment, will also assume the role of President of the segment and also become a Senior Vice President of the Company.

On April 4, 2017, the Company issued a press release announcing the resignation of Mr. Jack and the promotion of Mr. Kinch, which events are reported in Item 5.02 of this Current Report on Form 8-K. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
