As previously announced, effective as of April 3, 2017, Regal Beloit Corporation (the “Company”) appointed Robert Lazzerini to serve as the Company’s Vice President Corporate Controller and principal accounting officer. On such day, Mr. Lazzerini assumed the role of principal accounting officer from Robert Rehard, who had previously served in such capacity. Mr. Rehard will continue as the Company’s Vice President Financial Planning & Analysis.
