Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 31, 2017, the Company received notice that Donald C. Wayne, the Company’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, will be resigning from the Company to assume a position as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of a publicly traded, Fortune 400 company. Mr. Wayne will remain with the Company until May 5, 2017 to ensure an orderly transition of his role.
