Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
|
On March 20, 2017, the Board of Directors approved a change of the Company's fiscal year end from October 31 to December 31 in anticipation of qualifying as a Real Estate Investment Trust for the Company's fiscal year ending December 31, 2017. The transition period from November 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016 will be reported on a Form 10-Q filed with the Securities Exchange Commission.
