On March 31, 2017, Rachel Glaser notified Leaf Group Ltd. (the “Company”) that she will be resigning as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer in order to pursue other opportunities. Ms. Glaser intends to remain employed in her current position with the Company until early May 2017.
