ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On April 3, 2017, Ashford Hospitality Prime, Inc. issued a press release announcing the closing of the acquisition of the 190-room Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa in Beaver Creek, Colorado for $145.5 million ($766,000 per key), which was previously announced on March 10, 2017. The property will continue to be operated as a Park Hyatt resort under a management agreement with Hyatt Corporation. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
