Departure of Director
On March 27, 2017, Hank Adler notified the board of directors of KBS Real Estate Investment Trust III, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as a member of the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”) effective immediately. The decision of Mr. Adler to resign as a member of the Board was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
