Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 30, 2017, Sun BioPharma, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing a clinical trial update and announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2016. The full text of the press release is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto and is incorporated by reference in this current report on Form 8-K as if fully set forth herein.
