Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 27, 2017, General Cannabis Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the expansion of its security unit, Iron Protection Group into the state of California.  A copy of the press release issued by the Company is attached hereto and incorporated by reference in its entirety as Exhibit 99.1.
