Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 29, 2017, Klondex Mines Ltd. issued a press release announcing a mineral resource estimate update for its True North Gold Mine in Manitoba, Canada. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
