On March 29, 2017, Egalet Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration does not object to the Company’s distribution of promotional materials and communications to healthcare professionals regarding the abuse-deterrent properties of ARYMO™ ER (morphine sulfate) extended-release tablets for oral use only —CII via the intranasal route, a copy of which is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
