Proposed Re-Pricing of Existing Term Loan 



On March 28, 2017, ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, The ServiceMaster Company, LLC, intends to re-price its existing $1,650 million Term Loan B due 2023. The Company anticipates the transaction to be completed in April 2017.  The proposed re-pricing is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurances that the proposed re-pricing will be completed.
