Preferred Apartment Communities, Inc. is including in this Current Report on Form 8-K corrections to the table that shows the historical quarterly pricing data for our common stock, and per-share dividend distributions declared on our common stock, for 2016 contained in "Item 5 - Market Information" in our 2016 Annual Report on Form 10-K. This revised table is being filed to correct a scrivener's error in the quarterly pricing data for 2016.
