On March 22, 2017, Innovative Industrial Properties, Inc. issued a press release regarding its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2016 and for the period from June 15, 2016 (date of incorporation) through December 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
