On March 23, 2017, Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT II, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it entered into a $25,000,000 secured loan with Siemens Financial Services, Inc. on February 16, 2017. A copy of the press release, which is hereby incorporated into this filing in its entirety, is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
