Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
In accordance with the Company’s previously disclosed share pricing policy, the Company’s net asset value per share of $9.70, determined as of March 20, 2017, is not above, nor more than 2.5% below, the Company’s offering price per share net of sales load of $9.81 as of March 21, 2017.
