Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
Sichuan Xinda Enterprise Group Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the registrant, entered into two investment agreements with the People's Government of Shunqing District, Nanchong City of Sichuan Province for the production of 300,000 metric tons of bio-composite materials and additive manufacturing and 20,000 metric tons of functional masterbatch. Copies of the investment agreements are filed as Exhibits 10.1 and 10.2.
