Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 16, 2017, Paul K. Ito notified Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intent to resign as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Ito has indicated that he intends to continue to serve in his role until a successor is appointed. The Company will conduct a search to identify a successor.
