Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 15, 2017, Donald W. Hedges and Rigel D. Pirrone, each a member of the Board of Directors of Servotronics, Inc., informed the Company that they will not be standing for reelection as directors at the 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. As a result of these resignations, the Board decided to reduce the size of the Board from seven to six members. Information regarding each of the nominees will be included in the Company’s proxy statement for the Annual Meeting.
