On March 21, 2017, we issued a press release announcing the United States Patent and Trademark Office has granted a method of use patent for CLR 124, the Company’s cancer imaging agent, which utilizes our proprietary phospholipid drug conjugate (PDC) delivery platform. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
