Strategic Storage Trust IV, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing that the Registrant’s registration statement pertaining to its initial public offering was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 17, 2017. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure.
