On March 16, 2017, School Specialty, Inc. (the “Company”) held a conference call, which was pre-announced and open to the public, to discuss the results of Fiscal Year 2016 Q4, provide a Year-End Update and discuss the 2017 Outlook. The transcript of the call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
