On March 15, 2017, EnerJex Resources, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it has rescheduled its Annual Meeting of Stockholders from March 30, 2017 to April 27, 2017. The Company also announced that the holders of the Company's Series A preferred stock are entitled to nominate two (2) directors to the board.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company on March 15, 2017, is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
