Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On March 12, 2017 the Company and i-Business Management, LLC (“i-BM”) mutually agreed to cancel the agreement between the parties dated January 9, 2017, effective March 13, 2017. The agreement had committed i-BM to invest $250,000 into the Company over the first 6-month period of the agreement and, i-BM was issued Three Hundred Million (300,000,000) shares. In accordance with the cancellation of the agreement, these shares have been returned to the Company and cancelled.
