Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 13, 2017, Coupa Software Incorporated issued a press release announcing its results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 31, 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

Coupa’s 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Monday, May 15, 2017. The meeting will be Coupa’s first annual meeting since becoming a public company in October 2016.
