Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 9, 2017, TearLab Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for its fourth quarter ended December 31, 2016. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
