Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 9, 2017, the Registrant issued a press release regarding its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
In addition, a conference call to discuss the fourth quarter’s and fiscal year’s results will be held at 3:30 p.m. Central Time (4:30 p.m. Eastern Time) on March 9, 2017, hosted by the Registrant’s Chief Executive Officer, Jeffrey Cordes, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, William Aisenberg.
