Retirement of Principal Executive Officer
On March 3, 2017, Karl J. Warnke, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, informed the Board of Directors of the Company of his decision to retire as Chief Executive Officer effective as of July 21, 2017. It is expected that Mr. Warnke will remain as Chairman of the Board following his retirement as Chief Executive Officer.
