(b) On March 1, 2017, David J. Johnson informed our board of directors of his resignation from the board, effective immediately. He reached this decision due to personal and professional obligations that he felt would no longer allow him to contribute the time required to serve on our board of directors. Mr. Johnson has been a valued member of our board. His executive level experience and his extensive knowledge of the hotel industry have been especially beneficial to our company.
