Item 8.01 Other Events
World Monitor Trust III - Series J (“Registrant”) has entered into a Fund Services Agreement with Gemini Fund Services LLC (“Gemini”) whereby Gemini will provide transfer agent services to the Registrant.
Kenmar Preferred Investments LLC (“Investment Manager”) currently provides Registrant with the transfer agent services.
